1. Product Nature – Made-to-Order Furniture
All products sold by ViratraArtDecor are made to order. Each item is manufactured specifically as per the customer’s order and requirements. The standard manufacturing timeline is 3–4 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our furniture, returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the terms outlined below.
2. Advance Payment Terms
- Customers are required to pay 50% advance payment at the time of placing the order.
- The remaining 50% balance amount must be paid before dispatch/shipment of the product.
- Placing an order and making the advance payment confirms acceptance of all terms and conditions mentioned in this policy.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Once 24 hours have passed, the order moves into the development/manufacturing phase, and cancellation is strictly not allowed.
- Even if the customer has paid only 50% advance payment, cancellation after 24 hours is not permitted.
- If a customer requests cancellation after 24 hours:
- The order will not be cancelled
- The customer will be liable to pay the remaining balance amount
- This is because:
- Raw materials have already been procured
- Production work has started
- Labor, time, and other resources have been invested specifically for the order
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped or dispatched, under any circumstances.
4. Return Policy
- Products are eligible for return only within 24 hours of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused
- Be in original condition
- Have all tags attached
- Be returned with original packaging materials
- Include the invoice, courier receipt, and any other related documents
- Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product shows signs of usage or damage
- Any parts, accessories, or documents are missing
- The product has been altered or assembled after delivery
- Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.
5. Refund Policy (Products)
- Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected by ViratraArtDecor.
- The product must be in new condition and original packaging.
- The order value will be refunded after deducting:
- Shipping charges
- Handling charges
- Return courier charges (if applicable)
- Mode of Refund: Bank Transfer only
- Refund Processing Time: 7 to 10 business days from the date of approval
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy for Services
- Payments made for services provided by third-party or service provider companies are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- NO CANCELLATION or NO REFUND requests will be entertained once the payment has been made.
- All service-related payments are final.
7. Important Disclaimers
- Since all furniture is handcrafted and made to order, minor variations in color, wood grain, texture, polish, or finish are natural and shall not be considered defects.
- Display images are for reference only; actual products may vary slightly.
- ViratraArtDecor reserves the right to approve or reject any return or refund request based on inspection and policy compliance.
- By placing an order, the customer confirms acceptance of this Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
